Service Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until agreed in writing by VCW Inventories & Cleaning. All services are quoted based on property size, location, and requirements. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may be subject to change. Full payment terms will be outlined within the quote and must be adhered to. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services or withholding of images. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared, clean, and accessible at the agreed time. If the property is not ready or access is not provided, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and additional charges may apply. Any delays caused by the client may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated with reasonable notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of work. All images remain the property of VCW Inventories & Cleaning and may not be altered, resold, or distributed without permission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
