Our Start & End of Tenancy Cleaning service is designed to leave your property spotless, fresh, and fully inspection-ready. Whether you’re a tenant preparing to return the keys or a landlord setting up for new occupants, we deliver a meticulous deep clean that meets agency and landlord expectations. This comprehensive service includes all standard rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and general living areas. We tackle grease, grime, limescale, skirting boards, cupboard exteriors, high-touch points, and hidden dirt from top to bottom. Fixtures, fittings, and surfaces are all professionally cleaned and detailed to help tenants secure their deposit and support landlords in maintaining the property’s rental value. Please note that appliance cleaning is not included in the standard rate. This includes ovens, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, and extractor hoods. These items require more time and specialist care and are therefore available as optional add-ons, which you can select at the time of booking to suit your specific needs. We offer a wide range of professional add-ons, such as: – Oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, or dishwasher cleaning (individually or bundled) – Upholstery cleaning (2-seater, 3+ seater sofas, armchairs) – Jet cleaning of tiled floors – Balcony, patio, and front porch sweep & detail – Window cleaning packages (standard, full-length, or per pane) – Additional spaces like studies, lofts, or extra bathrooms These extras are ideal for properties with extended layouts or where premium cleanliness is essential. We also provide flexible cleaning durations and pricing based on property size and condition. With clear timing estimates and transparent fees, you remain in control of your service. Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with VCW Inventories & Cleaning, you agree to the following: • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a £25 fee or the full service charge. • If we cannot access the property (e.g. wrong key, no access, no one present), this may be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly. • Properties must be in a safe, accessible condition. Excessively hazardous or extreme cleaning conditions may result in additional fees or refusal of service. • Any required parking arrangements or permits must be provided by the client. Costs may be added to the final invoice where applicable.
